What if I want to cancel?
The minimum term is 12 months. After that you can cancel any time with 30 days' notice. If you want to keep the website, you can buy it for A$990; your domain is always yours.
What counts as a change?
Updating prices, opening hours or photos, adding a service or a new suburb. On Pro, up to an hour of changes each month is included. Just send me a message.
Can I keep my existing domain?
Yes. I'll connect your existing domain to the new site. If you don't have one, I'll register it in your name.
Do I need to write anything?
On Pro and Premium, I write the copy. You fill in a short questionnaire about your services, areas and what makes you different, and send a few photos if you have them.
How do I pay?
The setup fee when you sign up, then an automatic monthly payment. Or pay for the year upfront and get two months free.
